1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide including name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information, wallet transaction history, campaign information, vendor payout details, and customer redemption data. Payments are processed by Stripe — QRCash does not store raw credit card numbers or full bank account information on our servers. We may also automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, usage activity, referral URLs, cookie data, and redemption device identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Services, process payments and payouts, manage wallet balances and campaigns, send QR coupons and transactional emails, detect fraud and abuse, improve platform performance, provide customer support, enforce legal terms and compliance obligations, and communicate updates and service notices. We may also use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and business operations.
3. Information Sharing
We may share information with payment processors such as Stripe, with vendors to facilitate coupon redemption, with service providers supporting platform operations, when required by law or legal process, to investigate fraud, security issues, or violations, and during business transfers, mergers, or acquisitions. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Stripe Payment Processing
Payment processing services are provided by Stripe. By using payment features, you authorize QRCash and Stripe to process transactions related to wallet funding, subscription billing, vendor payouts, and platform fees. Stripe independently handles PCI compliance and sensitive financial information processing.
5. Data Storage and Security
QRCash uses Supabase for database storage, Vercel for hosting infrastructure, and Resend for email delivery. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Services, maintain legal and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We may retain certain information after account closure where legally required or operationally necessary.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
QRCash may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain user sessions, remember preferences, analyze usage, improve functionality, and detect fraud and abuse. Users may control cookies through browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect functionality.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information, object to certain processing activities, and request data portability. Requests may be submitted to support@qrcash.live. QRCash may verify identity before processing requests.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old. QRCash does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information from a child has been collected, we may delete it.
10. International Users
Users accessing the Services from outside the United States understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
